Fall Season 2009
August 25th - October 10th

Registration Period: CLOSED

Fee: $55.00 per player (for families of 4 or more, please contact the region's registrar)
Late Fee: A $20.00 fee will be applied for all registrations received 1 week after registration closes

Important Requirements:
     1. Player MUST be 4 years old by July 31st, 2009.
     2. New players MUST submit a copy of birth certificate or passport for age verification. To view AYSO Age Guidelines, click here.
     3. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Handwritten forms are discouraged. To pre-register, go to www.eayso.org.
     4. MUST print two (2) copies of registration form - NO EXCEPTIONS - (1 copy for AYSO, 1 copy for Coach).
     5. MUST indicate player's uniform size on form.
     6. Bring signed applications with payment to registration.

Waiting List Policies:
    - Registration forms but no payment received on or before registration closes, child will be placed on waiting list.
    - Late registrations with payment, child will be placed on waiting list.
    - Checks will be held until child is placed on team.

Refund Policies:
    - Full refund will be issued if a player drops out within one week after registration closes.
    - All but a $20 non-refundable fee will be issued if a player drops out before the season's first scheduled practices or games.
    - No refund will be issued if a player drops out after the season's first scheduled practices or games.
